Harz underground: Samson mine & the Iberg stalactite cave

There are many beautiful excursion destinations around Bad Sachsa that are also very exciting for families - underground: the Samson mine, once the deepest mine in the world at 800 meters, and the Iberg stalactite cave with fairytale stalactites, petrified waterfalls and fossils from ancient times. A guided tour of these two places is definitely worthwhile, as Nathalie Kluever, blogger of “Eine ganz normale Mama”, knows.
