... the Harz Mountains offer plenty of fun on two wheels! On a mountain bike, for example, you can explore the narrow trails and steep mountain passages on the 74 routes of the Volksbank Arena Harz with a route network of 2,200 kilometers or the 7 routes through the Bode Valley, the most rugged rocky valley north of the Alps. After taking the cable car or chairlift up the mountain, bikers can test their limits on the descent in the 5 bike parks and experience that special thrill.
Those who prefer things a little quieter can enjoy cycling in the beautiful Harz foreland. Our hotel is perfectly equipped to meet the needs of cyclists: Mountain bikes and e-bikes can be hired there. There is also a washing station for bikes. Tour maps and tips are available from the staff.
