FAQ & Information

All prices are per person and night and include breakfast.

All prices are final prices and include the current statutory VAT of 7 % on the accommodation itself and 19 % for the other services as well as the service charge. We reserve the right to adapt the prices in the event of an inflation or VAT increase and adapt the prices to the present situation. All previous price lists lose their validity then.

For Christmas, New Year's Eve and public holidays the relevant arranged prices apply.

You can book the following services on top:

• half-board per person and night: 32 €

• candle-light-dinner per person: 69 €

... are cordially welcome at our hotel! For your pet, we charge 20 â‚¬ per pet / night (maximum 1 pet per room, additional ones on request). Please book the company of your pet in advance. We have bowls and goodies for your dog. Please understand that we cannot allow animals to enter the restaurant and wellness areas and that they are also not allowed in our comfort double rooms.

Our hotel has 2 handicapped accessible room. With the help of an elevator, you can reach our pool and wellness area. The restaurant has an entrance at ground level.

To make a handicapped accessible room available for you, please contact us in advance via telephone.

Unfortunately, the hotel has no air-conditioned rooms or an air-conditioning system.

Wifi is available in the whole hotel for free. You get the password at the reception.

There are three charging points for your e-car directly at the hotel (please bring a suitable charging cable).

On the day of your arrival, your room is available from 3 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, there are two possiblities:

1. If available, we can give you a room before 3 pm. We can't guarantee it, so an early check-in should always be arranged before arrival with our reception.

2. In our baggage room, you can keep your luggage for free at any time. Shorten your wait with a city tour or a little coffee break.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure.

On request and depending on availability, we can offer you a late check-out from your room until 4 pm at an additional cost of € 50 per person. This should be requested at the time of booking if possible, but no later than check-in.

If you would like to use our bathing and sauna area for the whole day after check-out (until 11 am), simply book your small vacation extension for 15 € per person (without room use).

Breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10.30 am.
In our prices breakfast is already included.

On request you can also book our breakfast for 25 € per person without a stay in our hotel.

Opening hours restaurant:

daily from 5.30 pm to 9 pm
For lunch, we offer a little snack menu from 12 pm to 5 pm.
 

Should you have any food intolerances, don't hesitate to tell us directly with your reservation so that you can always find a wide range of food.

When you have booked half-board: breakfast from buffet, dinner from evening buffet.

The reception is occupied daily from 6.30 am to 10 pm.

Our hotel has a car park free of charge at any time.

NOTE: Please note our specially designated swimming times for families with children during the holidays.

Owing to the large demand, we recommend to reserve and coordinate your wellness treatments prior to the booked stay in order to ensure your desired appointment. We note your desired appointment but can't guarantee it. You can reach the wellness reception via mail spa(at)vitalhotel.de or telephone on +49 (0)5523 9438-922. We also call you back.

Treatments which aren't cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment will be charged with 80 % of the treatment price. If you don't keep your appointment at all, we charge 100 %.

You can reach our reservation Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm via telephone +49 (0)5523 – 9438 0. Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays we are available from 10 am to 6 pm. We are also pleased to take your request via e-mail info(at)vitalhotel.de. In addition, you can book comfortably and at any time via our website.

We offer you the latest prices of the day with best price guarantee at any time. At the moment of your request, you get the best available rate on our website. Before choosing the rate, please notice the booking conditions which differ in prices and cancellation conditions depending on the chosen rate. You can't adapt the conditions later. You can get our cancellation conditions also from the general business terms and conditions in the attachment of your booking confirmation.

For the reservation of several rooms you can send us an e-mail to info(at)vitalhotel.de. Regardless of the regular occupancy, there is only a limited number of rooms per day for groups. We will check it for your individual request.

Your payment occurs at check-in or check-out at the reception. You can pay cash, with cash card, VISA, American Express and Mastercard. To guarantee your booking, a payment in advance via credit card or paypal is necessary - a cash card can't be used for it.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form.

â–º For every stay applies:
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival*.

*Except holidays, deals, fair periods, conferences, meetings, events, corporate rates. Public holidays can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance, Christmas & New Year's Eve up to 21 days in advance. Separate conditions apply for overnight stays including breakfast.
 

According to DEHOGA guidelines, 90 % of the accomodation or arrangement price will be charged for later cancellations or in case of no-show. For rates and arrangements that cannot be cancelled free of charge, 100 % will be charged (if you have not taken out our Safety First vacation coverage or a travel cancellation insurance).

Please notice the booking conditions before your reservation. For a cancellation or change you can use the link in the confirmation at any time or call us at the reception. If you booked via an external portal please cancel your stay via that homepage.

If unforeseen events occur and make it impossible for you to start or finish your vacation, you can protect yourself against cancellation fees of up to 90 % for a small fee starting at 20 â‚¬ per person (calculated based on the number of nights) with our accidental holiday insurance. For the assumption of costs it is important to notice that we can only accept it giving us the dates of a company credit card from which we can debit the relevant amount. Invoicing with following transfer is only possible with previous written assumption of costs declaration. After your departure, the indicated card will be charged and you get the invoice via email.

We take data protection seriously and therefore ask for your understanding that we can't store manually credit card information for safety reasons. Either you can fill in the contact form during your online booking process or alternatively use the corresponding form via a secured link when you request via telephone.

Your booking and data are absolutely safe with us - especially when it comes to your credit card information or other personal data. We ensure this via a secured https-server and in addition, all booking information are ssl-encrypted and take place in the appropriate environment.
