What services are included in the room price?

All prices are per person and night including a rich breakfast buffet & Göbel's feel-good bonus.

Please note our minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends and 3 nights on public holidays.

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT of currently 7% on the overnight stay and 19% for the other services as well as the service charge.

Which additional services can be booked?

You can book the following services with us:

• Half board per person / night: €43 (bookable from 2 nights)

• 4-course candlelight dinner per person: €59

• For arrangements, the surcharge per room / night is the difference between the room price and the desired room category according to the price list.

• Single room surcharge per night: €40

• Underground parking space per night: €15

Are pets allowed?

Pets are very welcome. We charge €20 per pet / night for your pet (without food - max. 1 pet per room/unit/apartment possible, more on request).

Please register your pet's visit before arrival. Please understand that we cannot allow animals access to the restaurant and wellness areas.

Are there disabled-friendly / barrier-free rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have any disabled-friendly rooms. However, we can offer you disabled-friendly rooms that are characterized by a walk-in shower and wider doors. We ask that you arrange this by telephone.

Are there air-conditioned rooms & spaces?

The Hotel Quellenhof unfortunately does not have air-conditioned spaces or air conditioning.

Is free WiFi / Internet available?

WiFi is available free of charge in all areas of our hotel and in your room.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

There are three charging stations for your electric car at the hotel (please bring the appropriate charging cable with you), which you can use subject to availability and for a fee.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel / in the rooms?

A good stay with us also includes a good smell. Therefore, all Göbel Hotels are non-smoking hotels. You are welcome to use the balcony or terrace to smoke. If you smoke in the room, we will have to charge you the basic cleaning costs of €350.

Is there a collection point for lost and found items?

If you forgot something during your last stay, please call us. Give us your name, room number, length of stay, lost and found item and your telephone number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

How do other guests like the hotel?

What time are the rooms ready for check-in?

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we offer you two options:

1. Depending on availability, we can give you your room before 3 p.m. However, this cannot be guaranteed. An early check-in must always be arranged in advance.

2. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room free of charge at any time and in the meantime shorten the waiting time with a tour of the city or a short coffee break.

Until what time is check-out possible?

You have until 11 a.m. to check out on the day of departure. On request and depending on availability, we can offer you a late check-out. This should be requested when booking, but no later than when checking in.

How much does breakfast cost in the hotel?

The extensive breakfast buffet is already included in our rates.

On request, you can also book our breakfast for €24.50 per person without staying at the hotel.

Which meals are part of the half board?

• Breakfast as a rich buffet
• Dinner as a cold and warm buffet

At what times is the reception open?

Our reception is open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Can I park at the hotel?

Our hotel has 60 outdoor parking spaces and 25 underground parking spaces, which can be used subject to availability.

It is not possible to reserve the free outdoor parking spaces.

We will be happy to reserve an underground parking space for you for €15 per night.

How much is the tourist tax to be paid?

The local tourist tax is currently €2.60 per person / night (from 6 years). This is charged separately.

From June 1st, 2024: There is no legal exemption from the tourist tax for business travelers.

Can I rent e-bikes or bicycles at the hotel?

You can rent e-bikes for adults from us, depending on availability:

• 1/2 day = €20 per bike
• full day = €35 per bike

We provide helmets free of charge.

What are the opening times of the “Quisisana Medical SPA”?

• Saunas: daily from 12 noon to 9 p.m.
  (Note: from 12 noon to 5.30 p.m.: 2-4 saunas in operation; from 5.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.: 1-2 saunas in operation)
• Indoor pool: daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Heated outdoor pool: daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (closed in the fall and winter months from November to the end of March)
• Fitness room: daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Wellness treatments:
  Monday - Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  Appointments Mon - Thurs from 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. & Fri - Sat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How and when can I reach the reservation at the hotel?

You can reach our reservation from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on +49 5621 – 807 0 On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays we are there for you from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. We are also happy to accept your inquiries by email to info(at)goebels-quellenhof.de.

What should you bear in mind regarding the booking prices?

We always offer you daily updated prices with a best price guarantee. You can easily get the best available rate on our website - the prices and availability depend on the time of your booking, general demand and the occupancy of the house for the desired period.

Please note the booking conditions, which differ in prices and cancellation conditions depending on the selected rate, before you choose your rate. The conditions cannot be adjusted afterwards. You can find our cancellation conditions in the general terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation.

Are group bookings possible in the hotel?

For reservations of multiple rooms, simply send us an email to info(at)goebels-quellenhof.de.

Regardless of the regular occupancy, we only have a certain number of rooms available per day for groups. We will be happy to check this individually for your request.

What payment options are available at the hotel?

Your payment is made at the reception when you check in or check out. You can pay with cash, debit card, American Express, VISA, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal. To guarantee your booking, an advance payment by credit card or Paypal is necessary; an debit card cannot be used.

What about cancellations or changes to bookings?

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Your booking can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days in advance*.

*Except for holidays, deals, trade fairs, conferences, events, corporate rates. Holidays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days in advance, Christmas & New Year's Eve up to 21 days in advance. Special conditions apply for bookings of overnight stay including breakfast.
 

According to DEHOGA guidelines, 90% of the accommodation or arrangement price will be charged for a later cancellation or in the event of a no-show, and 100% for rates and arrangements that cannot be canceled free of charge (if you have not taken out Safety First holiday insurance or travel cancellation insurance).

What is meant by holiday insurance?

If unforeseeable events occur that make it impossible for you to start or finish your holiday, you can protect yourself against cancellation fees of up to 90% with our accident holiday insurance for a small fee starting from €20 per person (calculated based on the number of nights). We will be happy to send you the documents on request.

My company covers the costs - what do I have to bear in mind?

When covering costs, it is important to note that we can only accept them if you provide a company credit card from which we can debit the corresponding amount. An invoice with subsequent transfer is only possible after a prior written declaration of cost coverage. After your departure, the specified card will be charged and you will receive the invoice easily by email.

We take data protection very seriously. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that, for security reasons, we cannot store credit card information manually. You can either fill out the form during online booking or, alternatively, use the corresponding form via a secure link when making a telephone inquiry.

Is my data safe at Göbel Hotels?

Your booking and your data are absolutely safe with us - this applies in particular to your credit card information and other personal data. We guarantee this via a secure https server, in addition, all booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in an appropriate environment.
