Fascia training

The aim of using the hard foam roller in a therapeutic training setting is to improve body awareness, balance, flexibility and strength. In this basic course, we look at the sense and nonsense of the fascia roll, as well as the training-specific and practical application for participants.

Back fitness

The ideal training to compensate for a sedentary working day and one-sided strain. Special exercises with or without additional equipment train the core of the body and ensure stability and an upright posture. A healthy back allows you to be more agile in everyday life.

Aqua fitness (water gymnastics)

Hatha yoga and yin yoga

Forest bathing - a power ritual in nature

Let me take you on a journey of relaxation - immerse yourself in nature and experience and enjoy it with all your senses. Guided hikes

Autogenic training (AT)

A relaxation method based on autosuggestion - i.e. self-influence. This means that the body and psyche are influenced by the repeated recitation of thought formulas, resulting in an effective state of relaxation. The effect of AT is generally soothing, calming and relaxing. It can promote self-control, strengthen the personality and have a positive influence on performance. But this relaxation method can also help with complaints caused by illness, reduce stress, prevent burnout and aid learning.

Progressive muscle relaxation (PME)

Individual muscle groups are tensed from head to toe and then relaxed again. This gradually leads to inner calm. Shinrin-yoku, which means “bathing in the forest air” or “forest bathing” for short, is a natural healing method from Japan. QI GONG - Getting to know (60min)

QI Gong is an ancient Chinese therapeutic exercise and an important part of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Qi - the life energy - plays a major role in TCM. If Qi flows freely in the body, the person is healthy.
Slow, stretching, circular and natural movement sequences combined with breathing and mental imagination form the basis of the exercises to get Qi flowing again.
Relaxation, balance and joy spread.
