The central location in the heart of Eisenach and the easy accessibility offer you ideal conference conditions for a successful event. Spacious, daylight-flooded and partially air-conditioned rooms create a pleasant, feel-good atmosphere. All event rooms are barrier-free and can be darkened.

Conference packages

Take advantage of our attractive “Meet & Go” day package for your event. Our package includes the cost of providing a suitable conference room and the required standard technology. With varied coffee breaks, conference drinks in the room, 3-course menus or business buffets for lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy culinary delights. We are also happy to put together a tailor-made conference package with dinner, overnight stay and supporting program. Everything from a single source and perfectly organized.

 

Accommodation prices

as part of a booked event

The room price including a rich breakfast buffet is flexible.
You will always receive the best price of the day minus 10 %. 
From January 1, 2025, the cultural tax of currently €2 per person/night will also apply to professional overnight stays in Eisenach

We are also happy to book hotel accommodation including breakfast buffet for you.

Our accommodation prices are flexible and depend on the time of your booking, the general demand and the occupancy of the house at the desired time. With us you always book at the best price on the day.


For stays of 2 1/2 days or more, we add the following services to the conference offer:

  • 2 drinks per meal
  • Copying and printing service up to 1,000 pages
  • Additional technology: free of charge as required
