Thuringian cuisine enjoys an excellent reputation. We serve regional classics of the highest quality. Looking beyond the horizon, our head chef is inspired by the cuisines of Europe and the world. And because enjoyment is only complete when everything is just right, you can expect an elegant interior and our first-class service team in our restaurant.
