All prices are per person and night including a rich breakfast buffet.

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT of currently 7 % on accommodation only and 19 % on other services as well as service charge.
We reserve the right to adjust prices to the current situation in the event of inflation or an increase in VAT. All previous price lists will then lose their validity.

... are very welcome here. We charge € 20 per pet and night (without food - max. 1 pet per room/apartment/apartment possible, more only on request). Please announce the visit of your pet before arrival. Please understand that we cannot allow pets access to the restaurant and sauna areas.

We have one barrier-free room and a lift. Access to our restaurant and hotel bar is at ground level.

Please enquire about the availability of a wheelchair-accessible room for your desired travel dates.

The restaurant, lobby, lounge and meeting rooms are air-conditioned, the rooms unfortunately do not have air-conditioning.

WiFi is available free of charge in all areas of our hotel and in your room.

Our hotel is certified by the adfc (Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club) as a bed + bike establishment and is therefore perfectly prepared for cyclists and the needs of cycling holidaymakers.

A good stay with us also includes a good odour. That's why all Göbel Hotels are non-smoking hotels. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace. In the event of an offence, we will have to charge you the basic cleaning costs of € 350 for this reason.

If you have forgotten something during your last stay, please give us a call. Give us your name, room number, period of stay, lost property and your telephone number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, there are two options:

1. depending on availability, we may be able to give you a room before 3 pm (for an additional charge). However, this depends on availability at the time and cannot be guaranteed. Early check-in must always be arranged in advance.
2. you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room at any time, and in the meantime you can shorten the waiting time with a tour of the city or a short coffee break.

You have until 11 am on the day of departure to check out. On request and depending on availability, we can offer you a late check-out one day before departure for an additional charge.

Our breakfast times during the week are daily from 6.30 am to 10 am, on weekends and public holidays you can have breakfast from 6.30 am to 11 am.

You can book our breakfast buffet at the time of your reservation or at check-in. The extensive breakfast buffet is already included in some rates.

On request, you can also book our breakfast for €17 per person without a hotel stay.

Reception is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm.

Our hotel has outdoor and underground car parks. Depending on availability, you can safely park your car there.
Outdoor car park per night: €10

We offer you up-to-date prices with best price guarantee at all times. You can easily find the best available rate on our website - the prices and availability depend on the time of your booking, the general demand and the occupancy of the house for the desired period.

Please note the booking conditions, which vary in price and cancellation conditions depending on the rate selected, before you choose your rate. The conditions cannot be adjusted at a later date. You can find our cancellation conditions in the general terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation.

For reservations of several rooms, simply send us an e-mail to info(at)sophienhotel.de. Irrespective of the regular occupancy, we only have a certain number of rooms available for groups per day. We will be happy to check this individually for your enquiry.

Payment is made at check-in or check-out at reception. You can pay with cash, EC card, American Express, Diners, VISA, Maestro and Mastercard. To guarantee your booking, prepayment by credit card or Paypal is required, a debit card cannot be used.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days in advance*.

*Except public holidays, deals, trade fairs, conferences, events, corporate rates.Public holidays can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance, Christmas & New Year's Eve up to 21 days in advance.Special conditions apply for bookings of overnight stays including breakfast.

According to DEHOGA guidelines, 90% of the accommodation or package price will be charged for later cancellations or no-shows, and 100% for rates and packages that cannot be cancelled free of charge (if you have not taken out Safety First holiday insurance or travel cancellation insurance).

Please note the booking conditions before making a reservation. You can use the link in the confirmation or contact us by telephone at any time to cancel or amend your booking. When booking via external portals, please cancel directly via the relevant portal.

It is important to note that we can only accept the assumption of costs if a company credit card is provided, from which we can debit the corresponding amount. Invoicing with subsequent bank transfer is only possible after prior written declaration of assumption of costs. After your departure, the specified card will be debited and you will receive the invoice by email.
We take data protection very seriously. We therefore ask for your understanding that, for security reasons, we are unable to store credit card information manually. You can either fill out the form during the online booking process or alternatively use the corresponding form via a secure link when making a telephone enquiry.

Your booking and your data are absolutely secure with us - this applies in particular to your credit card details and other personal data. We guarantee this via a secure https server; in addition, all booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in an appropriate environment.
