ALLERGIES
Please make sure you find out about allergies to certain substances before treatment; alternative products are available for many of them. If individual treatments cannot be carried out, we will be happy to advise you on good alternatives.
TREATMENT TIMES
Please arrive on time for your treatments, otherwise the treatment time will be shortened accordingly. Our treatment times include a preliminary consultation and a short rest period afterwards.
PRE-BOOKING
We recommend that you book the treatments you want at least 14 days before your arrival. Bookings on site are possible if there are free appointments, but we would like to expressly point out that we are quickly fully booked, especially on weekends during the bad weather season.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please inform us before treatment - ideally when booking - about any cardiovascular diseases, allergies, pregnancy or other special circumstances. Some treatments may then not be recommended or may have to be modified.
EMPLOYEES
Please let us know in advance if you would like to be treated exclusively by female or male employees or by an employee of your choice. We will be happy to try to make this possible. However, a change immediately before the treatment is not always possible.
CLOTHING
It is practical to arrive freshly showered in a bathrobe. You can wear swimwear or underwear underneath, but you don't have to. Your therapist will cover you accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel it up to 24 hours in advance. In the case of short-term cancellations, we will of course try to resell the appointment; if this is not possible, we will have to charge 80% of the treatment cost.
