All prices are per person and night incl. rich breakfast buffet, service, VAT, W-LAN and car park.

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT of currently 7 % on accommodation only and 19 % on other services as well as service charge.

We reserve the right to adjust prices to the current situation in the event of inflation or an increase in VAT. All previous price lists will then lose their validity.

... are very welcome here. We charge €10 per pet per night (without food - max. 1 pet per room/apartment/apartment possible, more only on request). Please announce your pet's visit before arrival. Access to the restaurant is permitted for your pet.

Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms that are suitable for the disabled according to DIN standards.

2 comfort double rooms, 1 double room and 1 single room are air-conditioned. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the restaurant.

WiFi is available free of charge in all areas of our hotel and in your room.

Our hotel is ‘Bed + Bike’ certified by the adfc (Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club) and is therefore ideally equipped for cyclists and the needs of cycling holidaymakers.

We fulfil the following services and quality criteria for cycle tourists:

• Possibility to dry clothes & equipment
• Full breakfast
• Provision of cycle maps and cycle tour guides with excursion destinations

A good stay with us also includes a good smell. That's why all Göbel Hotels are non-smoking hotels. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace. In the event of an offence, we will have to charge you the basic cleaning costs of €350.

If you have forgotten something during your last stay, please give us a call. Give us your name, room number, period of stay, lost property and your telephone number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Your room will be available from 3 pm or 4 pm on the day of arrival.

Please also note our reception times - arrival outside these times is only possible by prior arrangement.

You have until 11 a.m. on the day of departure to check out.

Our breakfast times are from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. Breakfast is already included in our rates.

On request, you can also book our breakfast for €12.50 per person without a hotel stay.

from 7 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm
Weekends and public holidays
from 8 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 7 pm

Arrival outside our reception hours is only possible by prior arrangement.

Our hotel has a car park which you are welcome to use free of charge at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any reservations for this car park.

Our hotel guests can also use the SPA and wellness area at Göbel's Schlosshotel - ON REQUEST and with the purchase of one of the following TICKETS (limited availability):

We offer you daily updated prices with best price guarantee. You can easily find the best available rate on our website - the prices and availability depend on the time of your booking, the general demand and the occupancy of the house for the desired period.

Please note the booking conditions, which vary in price and cancellation conditions depending on the rate selected, before you choose your rate. The conditions cannot be adjusted at a later date. You can find our cancellation conditions in the terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation.

Irrespective of the regular occupancy, we only have a certain number of rooms available for groups per day. We will be happy to check this individually for your enquiry.

Payment is made at check-in or check-out at reception. You can pay with cash, EC card, VISA, American Expressm Maestro and Mastercard. To guarantee your booking, prepayment by credit card or Paypal is required, a debit card cannot be used.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days in advance*.

*Except public holidays, deals, trade fairs, conferences, events, corporate rates.Public holidays can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance, Christmas & New Year's Eve up to 21 days in advance.Special conditions apply for bookings of overnight stays including breakfast.

According to DEHOGA guidelines, 90% of the accommodation or arrangement price will be charged for later cancellations or no-shows, and 100% for rates and arrangements that cannot be cancelled free of charge (if you have not taken out travel cancellation insurance).

Please note the booking conditions before making a reservation. You can use the link in the confirmation or contact us by telephone at any time to cancel or amend your booking. When booking via external portals, please cancel directly via the relevant portal.

It is important to note that we can only accept the assumption of costs if a company credit card is provided, from which we can debit the corresponding amount. Invoicing with subsequent bank transfer is only possible after prior written declaration of assumption of costs. After your departure, the specified card will be charged and you will receive the invoice by email.

We take data protection very seriously. We therefore ask for your understanding that for security reasons we are unable to store credit card information manually. You can either fill in the form during the online booking process or alternatively use the corresponding form via a secure link when making a telephone enquiry.

Your booking and your data are absolutely secure with us - this applies in particular to your credit card details and other personal data. We guarantee this via a secure https server; in addition, all booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in an appropriate environment.
