Course instructor Katharina Prill introduces herself:

My name is Katharina Prill.

Over the last few years, I have been intensively involved with health aspects and fitness programs. My studies in sports science, my passion for sport and various further training courses for fitness courses were a good foundation for my motivation, but it was my own life situation that made me rethink things. Stress should not determine our everyday lives and should not have a negative impact on the body. I consciously rejected further training to become a nutritionist, as these studies are predominantly based on the male body and do not include the hormonal balance of women. Since then, I have been developing an intensive self-study of women's health with myself as the subject. I would like to pass this knowledge on to all women so that they can get to know and understand their hormonal balance. I want to pass on my approaches and possibilities to women and help them develop their own everyday flow. By changing my everyday life, I have moved away from hormonal contraception and do not need thyroid hormones despite my hypothyroidism.

I would like to pass this experience on to you.
