Göbel's Schlosshotel

Yoga programs: Yoga. Running. Life

The path to balance of body, mind and soul - that is what YOGA wants to show us.

Together with RUNNING, it is the ideal and perfect unity.

Many of us have the need to be active and at the same time the desire for balance in today's stressful everyday life. The ADVANTAGES are obvious: running provides endurance and dynamism, yoga stability and flexibility. They therefore complement each other perfectly.  What's more, they support each other in terms of impact and effectiveness.

Our yoga and running trainer Nicola Wittich will show you on yoga weekends or in one-day workshops how the right combination of YOGA and RUNNING can make you faster and more stable, stronger and more agile, more enduring and more alert. “You will love your new balance and feel more comfortable and alive in your skin,” is how Nicola Wittich describes the yoga programs at Göbel's Schlosshotel.

Whether beginner or advanced - the programs are designed for everyone. You only need previous knowledge for a few programs to benefit from the training program. Only your attitude - your path and your goal - is the impulse that drives you.

Fancy some exercise and relaxation? Wonderful - then you can start right away. Simply register with us.

Yoga & running coach – Nicola Wittich

“Yoga is now part of my life, strengthens my body and clears my mind. Yoga makes me happy. And yoga makes me more stable when I run!” (Nicola Wittich)

Nicola Wittich, the optimistic and open-minded yoga and running trainer, is personally acquainted with hotel director Andrea Göbel from her childhood days and offers a program that combines yoga and running exercises:

  • A balance of yoga and running exercises
  • energizing day
  • an atmosphere close to nature
  • various yoga, breathing and running sessions
  • also for the inexperienced
  • Exchange with like-minded people
  • Stay at the castle hotel for an ideal weekend of well-being
  • Sustainable impulses for more lightness and balance in everyday life

The LaufCampus running trainer is also qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (Advanced Teacher Training) according to YA RYT 500 and, with her motto “YOGA and RUNNING - the perfect unity”, pursues the aspects of endurance, flexibility and stability, which are reflected in both physical and mental existence. The balance of these elements leads to the good feeling of being active and tempts her to share this feeling with others.

On a trip through Vietnam, she met Giri, an Indian who she liked at first sight, who was always smiling and at peace with himself. Giri was Nicola Wittich's first teacher and introduced her to the path of yoga. The five weeks of intensive yoga training in India were followed by numerous courses for her certification as a yoga teacher. Nicola starts her day every day before breakfast with YOGA sessions consisting of flow, balance and breathing exercises.
