Three new themed and adventure trails invite young adventurers, hikers and walkers to enjoy unforgettable experiences in nature. The “Linnes Schatz”, “Rikes Raupenweg” and “s'Ründchen” circular trails start directly at the Hochheideturm, one of the most popular excursion destinations in Willingen - perfect for families and guests of all ages looking for nature, fun and relaxation.

Bathing fun at the lakes in the immediate vicinity

Mountains, beach and pure nature at DIEMELSEE (approx. 10 minutes by car): beach, slide, boating, boat tour, bike tour around the lake, and much more.

Bathing fun and water sports at TWISTESEE (approx. 30 minutes by car): large water playground with sandy beach, water skiing, boating, and much more.

Lagoon adventure pool & Usseln outdoor pool

With two indoor and two outdoor pools, the 1,200 m² water areas of the "Lagunen-Erlebnisbad" offer visitors everything they can imagine in terms of wet fun.

The Usseln outdoor pool also stands for pure summer fun! The heated pool with swimmers' and non-swimmers' pools, large sunbathing lawn, diving platforms, slide, children's area and much more invites you to have fun bathing.

Adventure golf on the viaduct

Willingen summer toboggan run

Sitting on the toboggan, pulled 250 m uphill by the drag lift, the 700 m long tobogganing fun begins immediately at the top without having to change. Everyone can toboggan as they like, young or old, alone or in pairs. The summer tubing facility, the giant trampolines and the children's playground also guarantee maximum fun.

Willingen wildlife and leisure park

Around 70 species and a total of 250 animals live in the wildlife and leisure park on the Ettelsberg, including wild animals, exotic animals such as Barbary macaques and parrots, and brown bears. There is a lot to discover and marvel at in the game reserve, fairytale forest, amusement park, Dinoland, hunting museum and forest nature trail.

Snow & Bike Factory

The most modern bikes are available in the Bergamont test center of the Snow & Bike Factory: touring, downhill, freeride, women's or kid's bikes. On the guided tours - also for groups - the team shows you the Hochsauerland from its most beautiful side. Downhill and freeride routes start directly at the mountain station of the cable car. Brand new: Segway rental station Willingen. And of course there is a very large ski rental and ski course offers for winter sports fans in winter.

Fort Fun Abenteuerland

Unlimited adventure fun for young and old (approx. 35 minutes by car): The largest amusement park in the Sauerland with many attractions, shows and events offers fun and action for the whole family.

Corn maze

Great leisure fun in beautiful nature and magical surroundings. In Eimelrod, not far from Willingen, guests of all ages can learn interesting facts about corn cultivation and agriculture. There are mazes in the corn field with varying levels of difficulty as well as interesting quizzes.
