After Gert and Irene Göbel joined the "Göbel-Feldmann" guesthouse in 1975, many investments were made in and around today's Göbel's Landhotel.

At the beginning of the 1990s, neighbors bought the "Am Park" property opposite, which was also managed by Gert and Irene Göbel. A new "Park Resort" apartment building with 12 vacation apartments, a shopping arcade, a restaurant and 4 conference rooms in the basement were also built on the "Am Park" hotel site.

But it is not only the Göbel's Landhotel that has grown in recent years. In addition to investing in the hotel itself, Gert Göbel has founded a small hotel group with the support of his family. To this day, it includes 16 hotels, numerous vacation apartments and gastronomic experiences.
