And this is how it works:

1. request your personal free Göbel Hotels Card.
If you do not yet have a Göbel Hotels Card, please speak to our staff at reception or simply order by telephone on 056 32 / 9 22 11 or by e-mail to the following address: goebelcard(at)goebel-hotels.de. The card order is processed manually at the Göbel Hotels head office, and it can take up to 3 weeks to send the documents.

By providing your address details, you consent to them being used by the Göbel Hotel Group and its affiliated restaurants to send you offers and information at regular intervals. This consent is voluntary and can be revoked by you at any time. The content of this declaration can be found in the privacy policy on the website www.goebel-hotels.de.

2. collect points & save on your booking.
Every overnight stay that you personally or with your family book and spend DIRECTLY in one of the Göbel Hotels earns you points.
(does not apply to group travel or stays booked through a tour operator or company and for a maximum of 3 rooms, points can only be credited retroactively for 12 months)

When booking online, please enter the booking code generated via the Göbel Card system in the field provided in order to receive the 5% bonus. When booking by telephone or in writing, our staff only need to know that you are in possession of a Göbel Card. Thank you very much!

Here you can collect points: For overnight stays, restaurant services*, beauty-wellness treatments, consumption in the Dorf Almen** in Willingen, Winterberg and Lippstadt, in the Bavaria Stadl** in Willingen and in the QuellenTherme in Reinhardshausen. You will receive one point credited to your personal Göbel Hotels Card account for every 25 euros spent

* Points are only credited for personal use and for groups / celebrations of up to 6 people.

** In the Dorf Almen and Bavaria Stadl, please hand in your bill directly to the service staff and have it credited. (Please note: Points are only credited for personal use and for groups / celebrations of up to 6 people).

3. call up your points balance.
You can call up your current points balance here at any time. Simply enter your Göbel Hotels Card number and your zip code and your points will appear.

4. redeem your points for rewards.
The points you collect do not expire and you are free to decide when and how you redeem them. The selection of attractive rewards can be found in the flyer. Once you have selected your reward and the required points have been reached in your account, simply call our free Göbel Hotels hotline on 056 32 – 9 22 11or send an e-mail to goebelcard(at)goebel-hotels.de.
