My name is Petra Emde. I am 56 years old and have 2 children.
As a qualified bank clerk, I got to know and love yoga in 2004. I completed a yoga teacher training course and immersed myself in various yoga traditions. Today I am a trained and certified tri-yoga teacher with experience in various yoga styles, which I incorporate into my yoga classes.
With TriYoga, I am particularly fascinated by the flowing yoga style with its intense effect. The smooth, often wave-like transitions and the combination of movement, breath and hand gestures make it possible to reconnect with your own essence. The flows are performed with the same mindfulness and concentration as the asanas. Strength and flexibility are challenged and encouraged in equal measure. Letting go with strength and control combined with mindfulness in movement (“economy of motion”) gradually leads to relaxation in movement (“relaxation in action”).
Over the years, yoga and meditation have become an integral part of my daily life that I no longer want to do without. In addition to more peace and serenity, I noticed how my back pain became less and less until it finally disappeared completely. I have more energy to carry out my daily tasks.
I would like to pass this experience on to you.
