Whether alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or snow hiking, the Viessmann Winter Park is the largest ski area far and wide! On 16 kilometers of groomed slopes with runs up to 2000 meters in length, it makes the skiing experience possible without long travel times. A stop off at rustic ski huts and gastronomic experiences round off the perfect winter vacation.

Snowshoeing
How about swapping your cross-country skis or hiking boots for snowshoes and exploring the winter wonderland of Willingen on a guided tour on “bear paws”? A wonderful pleasure in the middle of beautiful snow-covered forests.
Tours and rental equipment can be booked through the Craft Shop Willingen or the Snow & Bike Factory Willingen.
For skiers & snowboarders:
Floodlit skiing
Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday you can ski on the floodlit slopes in Willingen from 6.30 pm to 9.45 pm. At these times, the slopes are emptier and there are virtually no waiting times at the lifts.
At the end of the evening, enjoy a mulled wine in one of the rustic huts on the ski slopes, e.g. in the Vis à Vis hut or the K1 hut.
Ideal for kids & families
Fun in the snow for young and old:
Children's areas, tobogganing fun, ice skating and more
The ski and toboggan conveyor belts and children's areas in the Willingen ski area offer excellent conditions for skiing and tobogganing for the little ones. Modern ski and toboggan rentals in the immediate vicinity round off the offer.
And for those who don't want to use skis or sledges: How about ice skating in the ice rink, a visit to the Mühlenkopf ski jump or a horse-drawn sleigh ride through Willingen's snow-covered forests? Either way, a very special winter sports experience in Willingen is guaranteed!
