Our stylish restaurant with its many individual areas and spacious garden terrace is the perfect place to indulge in culinary delights. Regional products, seasonal dishes and international flair characterize the menu here. The upscale fresh cuisine with exquisite ingredients is known far beyond the borders. On request, our chefs can prepare gluten- and lactose-free food, wholefoods, light meals and diet food.

Lamb from the local mountain heaths of the Diemelsee Nature Park enriches the culinary offerings on our menu time and time again. It is a high-quality food with species-appropriate husbandry, short transportation routes, an important contribution to climate and nature conservation and it helps to secure jobs - also for the shepherd families. We support the Bergheidenlamm project in Upland and Sauerland, thereby demonstrating our responsibility for sustainable action.
What's more, "the quality is outstanding and is impressive in terms of taste and freshness," says chef Thomas Fritz enthusiastically.
