All prices are per person and night including a rich breakfast buffet.

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT of currently 7 % on accommodation only and 19 % on other services as well as service charge.
We reserve the right to adjust prices to the current situation in the event of inflation or an increase in VAT. All previous price lists will then lose their validity.

Minimum stays and special prices apply for Christmas, New Year's Eve, ski jumping, major events, carnival, Easter and other public holidays.

You are welcome to book the following services with us:

- 3rd adult person: 60 € per night incl. breakfast

- Breakfast buffet for apartment guests: 18,50 € per person / night
(children up to 4 years free, 5 - 12 years: 12 €)

We offer attractive fixed prices for families with children:

Children 0 - 4 years: free of charge
Children 5 - 9 years: 35 €
Children 10 - 14 years: 52 €

The prices are per child / night in the parents' room with at least one full-paying adult including breakfast. 

... are very welcome here. We charge € 20 per pet and night (without food - max. 1 pet per room/apartment/apartment possible, more only on request). Please announce your pet's visit before arrival. Please understand that we cannot allow pets into the main restaurant and wellness area. Your dog is welcome for breakfast in the lobby restaurant.

Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms suitable for the disabled or wheelchair users. We are happy to offer you an extra-long bed (2.10 m) on request and subject to availability. Please contact us by telephone.

The WILLINO - Privathotel former Hotel Willinger Hof unfortunately has no air-conditioned rooms or air conditioning.

WLAN is available free of charge in all areas of our hotel and in your room.

You can also use our guest computer free of charge.

To make your cycling vacation especially pleasant, we offer you our PLUS for cyclists with the following advantages:

A good stay with us also includes a good smell. That's why all Göbel Hotels are non-smoking hotels. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace. In the event of a violation, we will have to charge you the basic cleaning costs of € 350 for this reason.

If you have forgotten something during your last stay, please give us a call. Give us your name, room number, period of stay, lost property and your telephone number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, there are two options:

1. depending on availability, we may be able to give you a room before 3 pm. However, this depends on availability at the time and cannot be guaranteed. On request and subject to availability, you are welcome to book an early check-in at 12 noon for a small surcharge.

2. you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room at any time and shorten the waiting time in the meantime with a tour of the city or a small coffee break.

Check out is from 8 am to 11 am on the day of departure. On request and depending on availability, we can offer you a late check-out at 2 pm for a small surcharge.

Our breakfast times are daily from 8 am to 11 am. The rich breakfast buffet is already included in our rates.

On request, you can also book our breakfast for €18.50 per person without a hotel stay.

If you have any food intolerances, please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can always provide you with a wide range of food.

Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 12 noon.

Outside of these hours, the room key and further information are available for you at the hotel.

Our hotel has a parking lot and covered parking spaces, which you are welcome to use free of charge at any time.

The local tourist tax of currently 3 € per person / night (from 14 years) will be charged separately. Business travelers excluded.

We offer you daily updated prices with a best price guarantee at all times. You can easily find the best available rate on our website at the time of your request. Please note the booking conditions, which vary depending on the rate you choose, in terms of prices and cancellation conditions before you select your rate. The conditions cannot be changed afterwards. You can find our cancellation conditions in the terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation.

For reservations of several rooms, simply send us an e-mail to info(at)willino-hotel.de. Irrespective of the regular occupancy, we only have a certain number of rooms available for groups per day. We will be happy to check this individually for your request.
We love to socialize and know how to celebrate. However, we never forget the standards of our hotel and the expectations of our guests. We therefore ask groups who like to party too much to choose another hotel.

Payment is made at check-in or check-out at reception. You can pay with cash, EC card, VISA, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard. A credit card is required to guarantee your booking, a debit card cannot be used.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Your booking can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days in advance*.

*Excluding public holidays, deals, trade fairs, conferences, events, major events in Willingen, company rates. Public holidays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days in advance, Christmas & New Year's Eve up to 21 days in advance. Special conditions apply for bookings of overnight stays incl. breakfast.

In accordance with DEHOGA guidelines, 90% of the accommodation or arrangement price will be charged for later cancellation or no-show, and 100% for rates and arrangements that cannot be canceled free of charge (if you have not taken out Safety First vacation insurance or travel cancellation insurance).

Please note the booking conditions before making a reservation. To cancel or change your booking, you can use the link in the confirmation or contact us by telephone at any time. When booking via external portals, please cancel directly via the relevant portal.

It is important to note that we can only accept the assumption of costs if a company credit card is provided, from which we can debit the corresponding amount. Invoicing with subsequent bank transfer is only possible after prior written declaration of assumption of costs. After your departure, the specified card will be charged and you will receive the invoice by email. We take data protection very seriously. We therefore ask for your understanding that, for security reasons, we cannot store credit card information manually. You can either fill out the form during the online booking process or alternatively use the corresponding form via a secure link when making a telephone inquiry.

Your booking and your data are absolutely secure with us - this applies in particular to your credit card information and other personal data. We guarantee this via a secure https server; in addition, all booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in an appropriate environment.
