What services are included in the room price?

All prices are per person and night including a rich breakfast buffet. 

All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT of currently 7% on accommodation only and 19% on other services as well as service charge.

Please refer to the respective offer pages for the services included in our arrangements.

What additional services can be booked?

You are welcome to book the following additional services with us:

• Half board per person / night: from € 31
• Extra night incl. half board: from 99 €
• Parking garage per night: € 20

For the arrangements we charge the following surcharges per person and night:

• Deluxe surcharge: € 10
• Deluxe garden wing surcharge: € 20
• Apartment surcharge: 15 €
• Maisonette/apartment garden wing surcharge: € 25
• Single room surcharge: € 25

Are there discounts for children?

We offer attractive fixed children's prices for families with children:

Children 0 - 4 years: free of charge
Children 5 - 9 years: 29 €
Children 10 - 14 years: 46 €

The prices are per child / night in the parents' room with at least one full-paying adult including breakfast. Children are invited to dinner if the accompanying adults have booked half board.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are very welcome. We charge €20 per pet per night (max. 1 pet per room/apartment/apartment possible, more only on request).

However, we would like to ask you to announce your pet's visit before arrival.

Please understand that we cannot allow pets access to the restaurant and wellness areas.

Are there disabled-friendly / barrier-free rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms suitable for the disabled or wheelchair users, but we can offer you a disabled-friendly room with partial barrier-free access, subject to availability. Please contact us by telephone.

Are air-conditioned rooms & facilities offered?

Unfortunately, our rooms do not have air conditioning. However, our à la carte restaurant is air-conditioned.

Is free Wifi / Internet available?

Wifi is available free of charge in all areas of our hotel and in your room.

Is the hotel suitable for a cycling vacation?

Absolutely, our hotel is very popular with cyclists! Our PLUS for cyclists includes

Is the hotel suitable for a hiking vacation?

Here too, the answer is a clear "YES": We are a certified "Wanderbares Deutschland" quality host and our location is predestined for you to discover Willingen's fascinating hiking world. Look forward to many advantages:

Is smoking allowed in the hotel / in the rooms?

A good stay with us also includes a good smell. That is why all Göbel Hotels are non-smoking hotels. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace of your room. If you smoke in your room, we will have to charge you the basic cleaning costs of € 350.

Is there a collection point for lost property?

If you have forgotten something during your last stay, please give us a call. Give us your name, room number, period of stay, lost property and your telephone number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

From what time are the rooms ready for check-in?

Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, there are two options:

1. depending on availability, we may be able to give you a room before 3 pm. However, this depends on availability at the time and cannot be guaranteed. Early check-in must always be arranged in advance.

2. you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge at any time and shorten the waiting time in the meantime with a tour of the city or a short coffee break.

Until what time is check-out possible?

You have until 11 a.m. on the day of departure to check out. On request and depending on availability, we can offer you a late check-out.

How much does breakfast at the hotel cost?

Our rates already include the extensive breakfast buffet.

On request, you can also book our breakfast for €21 per person (from 01.01.25  23 €) without a hotel stay.

What are the meal times and opening hours of the restaurants?

Our restaurant is open daily for you.

• Breakfast: daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., Sundays & public holidays until 11 a.m.

• Dinner: daily hot meals from 6 pm to 9.30 pm

• Hotel bar: varies - please call 05632 / 987 190 for more information

Will my food intolerance be taken into account?

Of course. If you have any food intolerances, please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can always provide you with a wide range of food to feast on.

Which meals are included in half board?

Half board includes:

• Breakfast as a rich buffet
• Dinner as a cold-warm 4-course menu of your choice or buffet (at the chef's discretion)

At what times is reception open?

Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

Can I park at the hotel?

Our hotel has a parking lot, which you are welcome to use free of charge at any time. We are happy to reserve a parking space for you from 20 € / night.

How much is the tourist tax?

The local tourist tax of currently € 3 per person / night (from 14 years) is charged separately.

How often is the room cleaned between stays?

We can clean your room every day on request.

Can I hire e-bikes or bicycles at the hotel?

We do not offer direct e-bike rental at the hotel. We will be happy to give you tips on where you can hire an e-bike or bicycle. Just ask us directly at reception!

What are the opening hours of the "Mountain SPA"?

• Saunas: Monday - Thursday from 4 pm - 10 pm
  Friday - Sunday from 3 pm - 10 pm; other times on request
• Indoor pool (29° indoor pool & 32° whirlpool): daily from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
• Fitness room: daily 6 am - 10 pm
• Wellness treatments:
  Monday - Saturday from 9 am - 6 pm

How and when can I contact the hotel reservations department?

You can reach our reservation department from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm by calling 05632 – 987 0. Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays we are there for you from 10 am to 6 pm. We are also happy to receive your inquiries by e-mail at info(at)goebels-landhotel.de.

Can our reservation requests be guaranteed?

We are happy to accept your room reservation request. Please understand, however, that for organizational reasons we cannot guarantee your reservation.

What do I need to know about the booking prices?

We always offer you up-to-date prices with a best price guarantee. You can easily get the best available rate on our website - the prices and availability depend on the time of your booking, the general demand and the occupancy of the house for the desired period.

Please note the booking conditions, which vary depending on the rate you have chosen, in terms of prices and cancellation conditions before you select your rate. The conditions cannot be adjusted at a later date. You can find our cancellation conditions in the general terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation.

Are group bookings possible at the hotel?

For reservations of several rooms, simply send us an e-mail to info(at)goebels-landhotel.de.

Regardless of the regular occupancy, we only have a certain number of rooms available for groups per day. We will be happy to check this individually for your request.

What payment options are available at the hotel?

You can pay at check-in or check-out at reception. You can pay with cash, EC card, VISA and Mastercard. A credit card is required to guarantee your booking, a debit card cannot be used.

What is the procedure for canceling or changing bookings?

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

â–º The following applies to all stays:
Your booking can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days in advance*.

*Excluding public holidays, deals, trade fairs, conferences, events, major events in Willingen, company rates. Public holidays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days in advance, Christmas & New Year's Eve up to 21 days in advance. Special conditions apply for bookings of overnight stays incl. breakfas

In accordance with DEHOGA guidelines, 90% of the accommodation or arrangement price will be charged for later cancellation or no-show, and 100% for rates and arrangements that cannot be canceled free of charge (if you have not taken out Safety First vacation insurance or travel cancellation insurance).

What is vacation insurance?

If unforeseeable events occur that make it impossible for you to start or complete your vacation, you can protect yourself against cancellation fees of up to 90 % with our accident vacation insurance for a small fee starting at just € 20 per person (calculated based on the number of overnight stays). We will be happy to send you the documents on request.

My company will cover the costs - what do I need to bear in mind?

It is important to note that we can only accept the assumption of costs if a company credit card is provided, from which we can debit the corresponding amount. Invoicing with subsequent bank transfer is only possible after prior written declaration of assumption of costs. After your departure, the specified card will be charged and you will receive the invoice by e-mail. 

We take data protection very seriously. We therefore ask for your understanding that, for security reasons, we cannot store credit card information manually. You can either fill out the form during the online booking process or alternatively use the corresponding form via a secure link when making a telephone inquiry.

Is my data safe with Göbel Hotels?

Your booking and your data are absolutely secure with us - this applies in particular to your credit card information and other personal data. We guarantee this via a secure https server; in addition, all booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in an appropriate environment.
